Judging by the state of our economy, Congress has enough to worry about without adding global sovereignty to the mix. But in the Senate, where inefficiency is an art form, Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) is choosing to waste more of the chamber's time on an international treaty that could be the greatest threat to parents' rights that no one knows about.
Like most U.N. treaties, this one sounds harmless enough. But behind its innocuous name, Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), is a dangerous attack on parental authority and U.S. autonomy. The measure cropped up earlier this year in the Senate, where it passed out of committee by a 13-6 vote. Since then, the Left has been lying low--waiting for the right moment to slip it past voters who are too concerned with the fiscal cliff to notice. Unfortunately for Senator Reid, conservatives have noticed.
Like FRC, Senators Jim DeMint (R-S.C.) and Mike Lee (R-Utah) are doing everything they can to sound the alarm on the vote, which could happen as early as tomorrow. "Our concerns with this Convention have nothing to do with any lack of concern for the rights of persons with disabilities," Senator Lee explained. "They have everything to do with protecting U.S. sovereignty, protecting the interests of parents in the United States , and the interests of families." Democrats claim the U.S. should ratify the treaty to encourage other countries to "catch up" to our standards of treating everyone fairly, regardless of their handicaps. But America can be an example to the rest of the world without signing away our rights. And after 21 years of living under the strongest piece of disabilities legislation in the world, we have nothing to prove about our sincerity on the issue.
Nothing the U.N. ratifies--including CRPD--could compare with the Americans with Disabilities Act in providing protection for people with special needs. If our own law is sufficient, and the U.S. has nothing to gain by signing the treaty, why bother? Because, as Senator Harry Reid well knows, U.N. measures like this one help get his party's radical policies through America's backdoor. Under CRPD, the U.S. would be forced to recognize rights that even our Constitution does not. What's more, those rights would be subject to the court's interpretation--or worse, unelected bureaucrats'. Specifically, the CRPD takes aim at parents of special needs children, declaring that an international body--not moms and dads--will be the ultimate authority on issues like education. The treaty slips in phrases like "best interest of the child," which, as Rick Santorum points out, are "red alert alarm words." They mean that U.N. officials or the courts would be in the position of deciding what's in disabled child's best interest--not you.
If 67 Senators agree to it, this treaty would inject government between parents and their special needs children on everything from homeschooling to abortion access. Phyllis Schalfly points out, "The feminists saw to it that this treaty about disabilities includes language in Article 25 that requires signatories to 'provide persons with disabilities... free or affordable health care, including in the area of sexual and reproductive health and population-based health programs.'"
Other countries may be willing to sign over their autonomy in these areas, but the United States should know better. Contact your Senators today (202-224-3121) and remind them that nothing short of our authority as parents--and as a nation--are at stake

You know  who the Santa Claus brigades are! What a crock of bull feathers in the state capital, Jerry the Clown wants to raise taxes and then there is another group that wants to have a millionaires tax.  You know what these people are called in Mexico?  El Stupido!   What a bunch of dumb morons, and I mean dumb!  Emphasis on DUMB!!!

If you raise the tax on millionaires, think about this if you have the brains to think, how many millionaires will leave the state of California? Well according to an article in a well known magazine and a California newspaper more millionaires are leaving the state as you read this article, at least five more have packed or are packing their bags and moving as you read this article!  Now think about this again if you have the brains to think, why is California running 14% unemployment?  Figured it out yet?  

Also remember it was Joe "the jerk" Biden who said millionaires do not create jobs!  OH really Joe?  Then pray tell who then creates the jobs?  Welfare recipients?  NO I guess not,  Disability recipients?  No I guess not again, how about the unemployed?  No I guess not once again, so tell me Joe who does create jobs if millionaires don't?!

Because the same dumb idiots in the state capital that want to raise taxes  are the same idiots that are running businesses out of California, check it out on the Internet simply type in the address bar "How many companies are leaving California since 2005"  and hundreds of articles will pop up, especially from the Orange County Times that have been monitoring the results on an annual basis over the last several years and you will get a lot of information that will tell you why the tax increase that Brown and the other groups wanting more taxes will kill the California economy if passed!  Of course if they do manage to pass this tax measure and kill California's economy they will want to raise taxes again, how stupid is that?

But do not hold your breathe the fact is that even with all the BS that comes with a smell from Sacramento from the socialists ruining our state the people of California are not in a giving mood, in other words Jerry the Clown its not Christmas!

I am sure that many people will believe that Jerry the Clown is truly sincere in his desire to help, of course he is, help destroy California business, help the unions, help the socialists, help the ineptocracy! 

INEPTOCRACY:  This is a definition of SOCIALISM.
"A system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers!

He said he would increase California employment, where in the State government?  We need private sector jobs not government jobs idiot!  So long as the idiots want to raise taxes they will never bring California back to the level of greatness it was before the left wing liberal socialist Democrats destroyed it and continue to destroy it with subversive tactics in the name of progress and taxes!   Did you know that taxes are illegal according ti the Supreme court??  

I may not be a professional writer but the difference between me and those who would support this destructive devise being inserted by the left is that I served my country and will continue to serve until the day I die which is getting closer for a senior citizen like myself but I will do my best to inform you of why people like Jerry the Clown and his so called allies are wrong and will destroy California and our great state in the name of taxes, please every one do not let this happen, if you love California as I do then stop the madness, oppose the tax masters and defeat the tax measures in November, make them balance the budget not spend more than they have and like you and I live with what we have not what we want!

Howard Jarvis fought for California and the people in this state to save their homes from the tax masters when Jerry the Clown was governor in the 70's he opposed prop 13 with a vengeance and he is vindictive!  He must be stopped and he can be, but Californians need to understand that taxes are not the answer to a state that needs money, a balanced budget is!

The fact is that these socially deranged socialists in Sacramento just like their big brothers and sisters in Washington D.C. cannot balance their own check book so how do you expect them to balance ours when all they know is tax and spend!


COMMENTARY:   What I would love to do is pass a state law requiring the legislature to spend 10% less than the annual receipts until they have the budget balanced and then no increase in spending without the consent of the people, the ten percent savings would go to pay down the debt and to hell with socialism!

This buffoon endorsed the "O" as in oh oh you are stupid Bloomberg!  Just like the previous Governor in California the dumbwaiter, oh oh I mean the Governator!  Another stinking "RINO"! These people have no integrity, they have no moral compass, they have no honor, they are disgusting, disingenuous, and despicable!    "continued below".

When people select a leader on their credentials expect to buy what the candidate is selling, I hope you agree!  Because this buffoon is selling maple syrup with arsenic in it and that is not what he should be doing he is obviously an impostor as well as a Charlatan!  So as far as I am concerned he should be booted from office by those New Yorkers who bought his line as the saying goes, Hook line and sinker!  The stinker!

Did you vote for this man?  Did you know that he is and always was a Democrat?   He never once supported a Republican for office, he was on television in an interview and said he was a liberal, married to a Kennedy he was definitely not a Republican!

If he was a real Republican he would not have hired every one who was on Governor Grey Davis's staff who were all Democrats and not one Republican, in fact this fraud never knew what a Republican looked like until he went to the Assembly so he could give the annual State of the State address, surprise there were Republicans there so that is what  republican looks like!

Well last night the Govenator was on Jay Leno saying he wanted Maria back, how wonderful, he is still a fraud and Maria should stick to her guns and tell the Governator to buzz off!

I have nothing but disdain for this man, adultery is a sin against god and his law, this was a Governor, he was above the law in his own mind so there is one way to be forgiven if your a Christian and you know that he needs to ask for Jesus intervention and not air his non-sense on television, this makes him look like the buffoon he has been portraying!

Green Giant frozen vegetables are from China and so are most of Europe 's Best.

Arctic Gardens are OK.

Never buy the grocery store garlic unless it is clearly marked "from USA " or Canada , the other stuff is grown in people poop (even worse than chicken poop). China is the largest producer of garlic in the world. U.S. Is next.

Buy only local honey, much honey is shipped in in huge containers from China and re-packed here.

Cold-FX is grown and packed in China and is full of fecal bacteria. Doesn't work anyway, big scam.

If the country of origin is not clearly marked beware...if produce, ask an employee. Watch out for packages which state "prepared for", "packed by" or "imported by". I don't understand the lack of mandatory labelling. Especially the produce.

The country of origin should be clearly shown on the item in the store.

I go to the local farmers markets in season and keep a wary eye open the rest of the year.

GOLD BRAND OR THE DOLE IS FROM CAL . Beware, Costco sells canned peaches & pears in a plastic jar that come from China .

 

ALL "HIGH LINER" AND MOST OTHER FROZEN FISH PRODUCTS COME FROM CHINA OR INDONESIA .. THE PACKAGE MAY SAY "PACIFIC SALMON" ON THE FRONT, BUT LOOK FOR THE SMALL PRINT. MOST OF THESE PRODUCTS COME FROM FISH FARMS IN THE ORIENT WHERE THERE ARE NO REGULATIONS ON WHAT IS FED TO THESE FISH.

(Recently a Montreal Gazette had an article by the Canadian Gov't how Chinese feed the fish: They suspend chicken wire crates over the fish ponds, and the fish feed on chicken shxxt.

If you search the internet what the chinese feed their fish you'll be alarmed, e.g.. Growth hormones, expired anti-biotic from humans Never buy any type of fish or shellfish that comes from these countries: Vietnam, China, Philippines.

Check this out personally. I did..

Stienfeld's Pickles are made in India - just as bad!!!

Another example was in canned mushrooms. No-Name brand came from Indonesia.

Also check those little fruit cups. They used to be made in Canada in the Niagara region until about 2 years ago....They are now packaged in China !

While the Chinese export inferior and even toxic products, dangerous toys and goods to be sold in North American markets, the media wrings its hands and criticizes  the Harper Government for perceived errors. 

SIMPLY DO IT YOURSELF CANADA & U.S. !!

Simply look on the bottom of every product you buy, and if it says 'Made in China ' or 'PRC' (and that now includes Hong Kong ), simply choose another product, or none at all. You will be amazed at how dependent you are on Chinese products, and you will be equally amazed at what you can do without.

OK so what are you getting to Jim?   Well every time these brilliant Media types get on the air with a special guest again who is a brilliant intellectual with an I.Q. of say around 100 which would be high for one of these liberal types because when they disagree with any one on the right of them the first  word out of their tiny little "PEA PICKING BRAIN" as Tennessee Ernie Williams would say, "RACIST"!  Intellectual right?

Well the fact remains that if you haven't got an intellectual statement to make then the racist word works just fine for these intellectually absent individuals, its getting to sound like the little boy who cried wolf, very funny the BS is wearing thin!

When you are full of hate as these people are and then use the your full of hate attitude you know that these people who are disingenuous they are nothing but pure ungodly individuals, look at the Democrat convention where they left god out of the platform then Obama who realized what a major catastrophe would occur if they did not but god in and the convention went ballistic with booing the decision so that pretty much proves that these people are ungodly!

Black racism is being swept under the rug, in Savannah Georgia a white man was beaten by a group of black men who were calling him racial names and the sheriff said it wasn't a hate crime, time for a new sheriff his girl friend was black and she said they were disgusting, in Seattle a group of black women were beating up a 17 year old woman who was pregnant, in Chicago they are having at least one flash mob each week and in Philadelphia they are experiencing flash mobs of black youth terrorizing neighborhoods, the media is totally silent, after all blacks are not racist right?  Sure and Santa Claus wears a Green jump suit!  According to an article from WND there have been hundreds of attacks all very recently and Chicago Police recently arrested over 24 blacks who were in the attacks of people in Chicago.

I had a number of black friends who no longer call me or talk to me and I am wondering if there is something going on that whites should be aware of before its to late to stop it, anyone who says blacks cannot be racist are voicing ignorance at a  high degree of intolerable ignorance!

Retired Marine pilot and former Pan Am/Delta Pilot John Lovell is Top Gun at Subway sandwich shop..!  Where he was eating his dinner peacefully I might add!

Plantation, Florida:  Last week around August 26, 2012 11pm police were called to investigate an  attempted armed robbery: The 71-year-old retired Marine who opened fire on two robbers at a Plantation, Florida, Subway shop late Wednesday, killing one and critically wounding the other, is described as John Lovell, a former helicopter pilot for two presidents. He doesn't drink, he doesn't smoke, and he works out every day. Mr.. Lovell was a man of action Wednesday night.

According to Plantation police, two masked gunmen came into the Subway store located at 1949 N. Pine Rd.  just after 11 p.m. that evening.    There was a lone diner, Mr. Lovell, who was finishing his meal. After robbing the cashier, the two men attempted to shove Mr. Lovell into a bathroom and rob him as well.   They got his money, but then Mr. Lovell pulled his handgun and opened fire. He shot one of the thieves in the head and chest and the other in the head.

When police arrived, they found one of the men in the shop, K-9 Units found the other in the bushes of a nearby business. They also found cash strewn around the front of the sandwich shop according to Detective Robert Rettig of the Plantation Police Department..

Both men were taken to the Broward General Medical Center, where one, Donicio Arrindell, 22, of North Lauderdale died. The other, 21-year-old Frederick Gadson of Fort Lauderdale is in critical but stable condition.

Mr. Lovell was a pilot in the Marine Corps, flying former Presidents John F. Kennedy and Lyndon B. Johnson. He later worked as a pilot for Pan Am and Delta Airlines.

He is not expected to be charged authorities said. ''He was in fear for his life,'' Detective Rettig said, "These criminals ought to realize that most men in their 70's have military backgrounds and aren't intimidated by idiots."

Something tells me that this old Marine wasn't 'in fear for his life', even though his life was definitely at risk. The only thing he could be charged with is participating in an unfair fight. One 71- year young Marine against two punks. Two head shots and one center body mass shot.

Outstanding shooting! That'll teach them not to get between a Marine and his meal.

Florida law allows eligible citizens to carry a concealed weapon. Don't you just love a story with a happy ending?

That is what it is Obama's fault!  Stage One:  If 20 million people are out of work in America, its Obama's fault!  If animals are starving, its Obama's fault!  If your out of a job its Obama's fault!  If  you lost your home to a bank foreclosure its Obama's fault!  If you lost your car from a repossession its Obama's fault!  If you have no future its Obama's fault! 

Stage two:  If Muslims burn the Christian bible its Obama's fault!  If the Muslims in the near east and North Africa are killing Christians its Obama's fault! If you think we should be out of Afghanistan its Obama's fault!  If your taxes are to high its Obama's fault!  If your life sucks its Obama's fault!

Well that is about what it is the beat goes on, by that I mean if you are a Twitter fan and haven't seen the smears and threats and other nasty postings by a group of hate filled atrociously evil individuals then your not on Twitter.

The fact is that the Democrats have been calling the Republicans names that fit them instead of the Republicans, in addition they are calling for the murder of Mitt Romney, which was on face book and on Twitter the murder of Mitts wife Ann Romney and others as well.

In addition they are calling the Republicans racists when there were more non white speakers at the Republican convention than are scheduled at the racist convention that will be in North Carolina soon!

Are these people sick?  Are they evil?  Are they out of their minds?  Are they mad?  Are they communists?  Are they filled with such hate because they hate freedom?  What drives them to such hatred and anger against real Christians?  Are they outraged because they have no morals and want  none?

Its obvious that they do not believe that Republicans have the same constitutional rights as they do and its time for  the left to get a thrashing this November to have a real heart ache and stomach pains!   All this while President Mitt Romney returns the nation to the free and the brave!

I was in the Air force when my father died on Labor Day 1963 so it will be 49 years this Monday that my father who served in WWII and gave these people their freedom to be as crazy as they want  but no where do I remember any law that says these people act act like this, do you know of any law that says they can publicly threaten the lives of people!?

Muslims in New York called 911 to tell police that there was 3 packages of bacon on the ground!   Big F'n deal!  Let me repeat that, Big F'n deal!   Dumb F'n Muslims!  What the hell is wrong with you sick bastards?  The police dispatched 5 squad cars and a swat team!   

I read this on the news and could not believe that New York police did that, but then they are letting these scum sucking low life POS actually tie up traffic and noon time lunch traffic while they put their carpets on the ground on main streets throughout the city for their daily call to prayer, and businesses are taking a big hit!

If I were in New York I would put pork rinds from snack packs all around the ground and  let them watch me as I crush them on the streets and side walks as they will not put their possessions where there is pork or that anything pork has touched, problem solved!  

Another thing I would do is to have bottles of pork blood near my cash register so I could throw it at any scum bag who made a scene and I would have back ups just in case.  With the businesses putting pork rinds on the ground it shouldn't take but one or two days to clear up traffic.

As far as I concerned its that irresponsible Bloomberg Mayor of New York who has let this happen, like the saying goes, the buck stops here, meaning the office at the top which is the Mayors office!

green and yellow and red vegetables of all kinds so that 

man would live long & healthy lives.

Then using God's great gifts, Satan created Ben & Jerry's 

ice cream & Krispy Cream donuts. And Satan said, 

"You want chocolate with that?" And man said, "Yes!"

And woman said, "And as long as you're at it, add some

sprinkles." And they gained 10 pounds, and Satan smiled.

And God created the healthful yogurt that woman might 

keep the figure that man found so fair. And satan brought

forth white flour & sugar & combined them. And woman 

went from a size 6 to a size 14.

So God said, "Try my fresh green salad." And Satan 

presented Thousand-island dressing, buttery croutons 

and garlic toast on the side. And man & woman had to

get bigger belts.

God then said, "I've sent you heart heart healthy 

vegetables & olive oil in which to cook them." 

And Satan brought forth deep fried fish & chicken 

fried steak so big it needed its own platter. And man 

gained weight & his cholesterol went through the roof.

God created a light fluffy white cake and named it 

"Angel Food Cake," and said, "it is good." Satan

then created chocolate cake & named it "Devils 

Food."

God then brought forth running shoes so that His 

children might lose those extra pounds. And Satan

gave them cable TV with a remote control so that 

man would not have to toil changing the channels.

And man & woman laughed before the flickering 

blue light and gained pounds.

God brought forth the potato, naturally low in fat 

and brimming with nutrition. And Satan peeled 

off the healthy skin and sliced the starchy center 

into chips and deep fried them. And man gained 

pounds.

God then gave them lean beef so man might

consume fewer calories and still satisfy his 

appetite. And Satan created McDonald's 

and its 99 cent double cheeseburger. Then 

said, "you want fries with that?" And man said,

"yes, and super size them!" And Satan said, 

"it is good." And man went into cardiac arrest....

God sighed & created quadruple bypass surgery.

Then Satan created the Obama healthcare system.

In the news today is the "O" trying to prevent the military from voting in order to steal the election?  The answer was a surprising yep you bet and sure he did and the Democrats are always telling people how they support the military, to wit I respond "Horse Manure bull pucky and cow feathers"!

If the "O" does prevent the military to vote then the Republicans will have to take it to the Supreme court to force the Democrats to allow the military to vote in response to their deceitful attack on the men and women in uniform, it would be the right thing to do, don't you agree with me?  Good I am glad to see there are people who believe in fairness!

Is political correctness out of hand and out of control??  The short answer is YES!!!  To be sure the fact that the media is in cahoots with the stupidity known as "Political Correctness" we only have to look at some of the television shows, and some of the news programs and newspaper articles to see that there are a lot of people with their head caught somewhere between their right cheek and their left cheek, and when they sit on it it must make them feel good, they are unable to remove their head because the aroma is enticing to their pin headed cranial.

OK so maybe I am being a little over the top but I think that there needs to be some honesty in TV land see what is happening in the Miss USA pageant claims of the fix is in and that sort of stuff, well maybe the Don did it and maybe he don't know the fix is in.

I was watching the latest DWTS and saw a disaster several weeks back as the best couple was eliminated, the blame was on the people who did not vote them through which I do not believe is the case, but it sounds good on television, this happened to Derick a few years ago when he was with Miss Krupa the hottest couple on the floor, I think the scoring is or has been tampered with, my opinion completely,  the same seems to be true on other shows where the performers are trying to get the best score,  I have seen losers win and winners lose,  this is not the way it was meant to be, if the show has anything to do with tampering with the votes and I have a strong suspicion there is a lot of gerrymandering going on behind the scenes if its true then its disgusting!   Just like Mark and Maria were the hottest on the DWTS dance floor and I think I smell LIMBURGER CHEESE or something very close to that and it stinks to the tenth degree of stinky smelly stuff!

I think there are dozens of shows where the contestants are graded and the grading is sometimes screwy if not totally stupid as well as out of sink, it is apparent that the television shows think that their version of political correctness is alright because they have a right to pass through someone who would have been gone in the beginning, if you check back on DWTS from the beginning there have been instances where the winners were the worst in the beginning yet went through while top flight performers went home, smells like there is a fat rat in the cheese factory!
Don't get me wrong I am not saying that this is the case that there is hanky panky going on at DWTS,  but something smells like LIMBURGER CHEESE! 

To be honest I hope I am wrong but I keep smelling LIMBURGER CHEESE and that is not nice folks, so maybe someone in the media could check it out and report to the people if there is any hanky panky going on behind the scenes, your input would be valuable in assessing this situation, should I pursue it or not? Your call!

Harry Reid the most obnoxious S.O.B. son of a bum said that the rich must pay higher taxes!  I am for lower taxes for all and the government stop spending and wasting our money on things that they have no business spending on, for example no money for foreign aid without collateral!  Its our money not theirs and we should have a say as to who can and cannot have our money, right?!

Next no corporate welfare, we all know, at least I hope you know that this is how the congress steals our tax dollars by giving it to their friends and they give them our money back through PAC funds, no more of that  right?!  

So there are at least over one hundred more area's that the government spends our money in a wasteful manner that it is time Americans really get them to stop doing it, this is why the TEA party began it meant "Taxed Enough Already"!  

So Harry stick it where the sun don't shine you pedophile loving SOB!  I have had enough of your happy horse manure and I know that you stole the election from Sharon Angle with the help of some unscrupulous political finaglers in Las Vegas.

When people were voting claiming that they were voting for Sharon and the electronic screen put your name in it and the SEIU in Las Vegas set up those electronic voting machines to see if you could steal the election which you did and I think this may be a precursor to how that guy running for President may also try to steal the election after the DNC chair stated that is how Democrats win by stealing elections, I think that could be the most disastrous thing that could happen if it does I think there may be a lot of blood shed by the fact that Americans are feed up with the lefts monkey business they think its OK to cheat but Republicans should not be allowed to run for office, all I can say is hello President Romney!  Even though the man I wanted quit I 
believe that Americans want Obama out and anyone is better than him. 

There are people being charged with voter tampering and I cannot wait until they arrest those SEIU people who were reportedly involved and were in charge of the voter booths in Las Vegas, I think they would look good in custom made to order pin stripe suits, your thoughts on that!

About three years ago my friends Thomas and Jorge introduced me to a new system of recycling engineered and invented by a German engineer, he built his first plant in Germany and a second one in Spain, there are three cities in California and Nevada that want to build them as well, Napa, Tahoe and Reno.  What are they you ask?  They recycle 100% of all garbage into fuel which includes oil, diesel fuel, jet fuel and gasoline.  

So why aren't they every where you ask?  There is a small problem its called the "OIL CARTEL", unfortunately they are not for progress, they love spending 800 to 900 million dollars on building oil  platforms with oil dollars because its in their best interest.  If you where on the board of directors of an over glutinous oil cartel where would you want to spend your investment capital?  In places you have your 401k or other stock portfolio or on a new invention that is going to lower oil prices significantly and save the planets resources and also save the planet as a whole?!  OK with that out of the way the movement is going forward as you read this article financing is being funded by some very wealthy people to bring these plants to America, because they are in top level negotiations I am not able at this time to feature any pictures as they really want to keep the lid on to prevent speculators from fouling up the works as they do from time to time, so they would not allow me to take any photographs but as soon as the financing in complete i am assured that I will be able to show you their plants, can't wait to see them in action producing oil and gas as it is suppose to lower gasoline prices significantly and of course the  oil cartels are going to hate that a lot!

The problem with oil platforms is what happened to the ARCO platform a few years ago that blew up in the Gulf and oil devastated the entire Gulf region and created a financial disaster in the region, with over 1000 platform and trillions of dollars there we could have a disaster so detrimental to the earth we may never recover, aren't the cartels so wonderful!?

Many of my conservative friends will give be a bad time for claiming Obama will win, as a life long conservative we do not only want Obama to lose we want him to lose big, unfortunately my candidate Rick Perry got screwed in the primary and had no knowledge of federal campaigning so he dropped out and why because the liberal media wanted him out, they attacked him big time, they knew if anyone could beat Obama it would be Governor Perry.

So why and how do I think Obama will win? Because Mitt Romney has soured the conservative base, while they do not want Obama to win they will stay home and not vote as they did when John “THE JERK” Mc Cain was the candidate who helped Obama win. In addition the media will dump on Romney like stink on a chicken coupe! Plus this is the major factor that no Moderate Republican has ever stood a chance of defeating a liberal Democrat, that is why the media and the Obama camp wanted Romney to be the candidate, they knew if they are to repeat their victory they need a moderate Republican, enter the Dragon, or in this case the mouse! The other day Romney said something that proved he is a woos by dissing Ted Nugent who dissed Obama and Romney said we need civility, get real Romney, you are an idiot thinking like that, this is why you will lose! Republicans especially conservatives want a fighter, not a girly man!

Where were you when Jerry the Clown attacked Meg Whitman calling her a whore? Plus when Barbara the bimbo Boxer went around attacking Carli Ferina? They were civil like you and got their heads handed to them. So there is a blueprint of what will happen to you, so why not concede the election and lets have Obama sworn in again to avoid all the political animosity toward one another and show your true civility? Another reason you will lose is because Ann Coulter is not on your bandwagon, so you will be the loser, you can put those odds on at Las Vegas and come out a winner!

Thousands upon thousands of people are now outraged with Spirit Airlines. Not because of fare hikes or baggage fees or the lack of leg room -- problems familiar to any flier -- but because of the airline's lack of heart, emphasis on lack of HEART! As a veteran myself I am outraged that this man could be treated this way with no regard to the irresponsible attempt to sucker money out of consumers with an insurance gaurantee that shouuld never have been its an attempt by the airline as I see it to make money on cancelations with no business ethics at all! Jerry Meekins, a 76-year-old Vietnam veteran from the great state Florida happens to be in the fight of his life battling esophageal cancer. 

Jerry Meekins bought a $197 ticket to visit his daughter in New Jersey. About two weeks before his trip his doctors told him that his cancer was terminal, and that he should not fly at all! Meekins tried unsuccessfully to get a refund from Spirit Airlines, but the airline refused, as Meekins had bought a nonrefundable ticket. Protesters are taking to a Facebook page called "Boycott Spirit Airlines," which has over 30,000 "likes" to voice their disgust. Spirit CEO Ben Baldanza tried to explain that a refund would have been issued had Meekins bought the $14 travelers insurance. At this point Ben there is no amount of explaining that can overcome this stain on you or your airlines integrity! Maybe so. But how do you put a price on this growing PR backlash?

A very angry supporter of Jerry Meekins wrote in facebook, "Shame on you Spirit Airlines!" Another supporter wrote, "I would rather walk than fly on Spirit."

To all of you who say to bad I have one thing to say to you as a Veteran and a member of the American Legion here in California I will do all I can to assist in boycotting this airline, what the hell is this insurance garbage?

You know where you can stick this insurance Ben? I can shop in most major businesses and get a refund without insurance which shows that this airline has no ethics of value to the shopping community or to consumers at large, as far as I am concerned there is no excuse for this behavior or conduct by the airline!

I hope that this CEO will wake up and realize that this is only goingto hurt more in the days to follow as the American Veterans numbering some 20,000,000 retired veterans in the American legion, the Veterans Of Foreign Wars, the Disabled Veterans of America and a couple other veteran organizations. Hey ben have you been on unemployment lately?

The situation in California is in critical condition and its no wonder the Department of Highways   aka Cal Trans is run bu some of the most incompetent people on the planet!   Allow me to explain and see if you do not agree with me of if you think these people are the genius's they think they are!
While we can look at the Highway 4 bypass as a prime example we need to first look at who set the tone for today's incompetence and why!  
I believe it was 1977 when the appointed director of Cal  Trans appointed by then Governor Jerry Moonbeam Brown, said in a meeting among high ranking people and officials that and I quote;  We will get the people out of their cars and into public transportation by the turn of the century!  The problem is that transportation is not adequate for the masses because of inadequacies in the management of the Cal Tran department and other transportation departments.
The first thing is that there are not enough street cars for the masses, and there are not enough buses either, so as far as getting people out of their cars and into public transportation a much more positive approach is needed not a negative one like the socialists in Sacrament are proposing.  Now the guy who runs the state is trying to get us to foot the bill of a massive high speed rail transportation system run by, you guessed it more incompetent people!


So with that there is highway 4 which was suppose to take traffic out of Oakley and make the commute easier on everyone, not so fast state flunkies!   You take it out of Oakley and dump it in Brentwood with a two lane road in the heart of Brentwood and expect us to believe you know what the hell your doing, one word "IDIOTS"!  Then you have the turn off for Oakley either you have to go to Hillcrest and turn around coming back on Highway 4 to the Oakley exit or take the Laurel exit, more genius at work here, incredible, really incredible!


Of course that is only in Contra Costa county, there is Los Angeles, there is Santa Clara and of course Alameda, and that doesn't count the rest of the state where are the real solutions?  They are in a desk drawer in Meg Whitman's house and she ain't talking, after all the whore in Sacramento is governor now, right?  Well why do you think they call him Moonbeam Brown?  Because he's a saint?  Ain't!


If the situation is going to improve its going to take a lot of pressure from the people on the Governor and ASSembly to make the necessary improvements they are out there we just need to hammer the bastards on the head hard enough to let them know we are still in charge not them!
