Have you been paying attention to the Supreme court and Obama care?  Well for those left wing twits that kept saying that Obama care would win 7-2 or even 8-1 were surprised when the court let out the last two days as the Judges have been ever critical of Obama care and I think it will draw down on political lines at 5-4 don't ask me which way sometimes Kennedy goes left and sometimes he goes right, so who knows, its a turkey shoot as far as I can see but all I know is that they want to take 500 billion dollars out of medicare and use it for Obama care and that's what is wrong with Obama care!   So if the Democrats wanted a fool proof plan they needed to stay in line with good financial strength and not this tom foolery!  
I hope some of you will comment on these hearings do I can set a parameter where this is going and how many people like or do not like this.  The last time I read a poll it was around 60 40 against Obama care so where is it now?  Check back and see where we are as soon as I find out I will let you know!

part 3 sub title:      A Tragedy In The making

By now you must have heard about the shooting in Florida of a young man by another young man who said he was attacked, I will not try to tell you who was right and who was wrong, instead I will try to convey what kind of sickness pervades our society today with killings and murder in this edition or Life's Final Journey, as I wrote in other articles are you prepared for this a young man murdered, and for what? I remember when in the early 90’s in Richmond California a young black was murdered by a queer and nothing was said about that incident in the media. So does the media look for situations to foster hate in America? I think they do, ironically there is no justification for the media to be so asinine, yet they are. The media could do more to help in resolving this by being neutral instead of aggravating the situation with negative stories and negative comments as has been the case in the death of this youth.

This and other incidents take place almost daily in America and it is a tragic event as well as an emotional event for family and friends, so what is it going to take to make this stop? It is going to take a lot of soul searching and powerful praying to the lord our god, and for those who oppose the idea that there is a god you are the enemy that is making this evil happen because of your ignorance toward a living god!!!

The idea that there is no god has actually caused god to do what he says he will do in the bible, if we turn away from him he will turn away from us and that is what has been happening in America for the last fifty years due to socialism, an all powerful evil! Socialism is an anathema in the eyes of god! believe it it or not and if you are a Christian practicing socialism you are on the outs with god and will be until you learn that there is nothing in the bible that smells as awful as socialism!

        TAXES FOR THE AXES

How much will the national debt rise under Democrats and Republicans? It will never be balanced by either side, what will happen is that the nation will suffer a depression worse than the so called “Great Depression”, and to be perfectly honest with you I for the life of me cannot figure out what made it so Great!

So if you know please let me in on the secret OK?

The fact remains that the Supreme Court ruled that Income Taxes were and are illegal, no matter how the congress twists and turns all the language, it is illegal and that is final! In 8161 at the break of the Civil War, (I do not know what made war civil) the North implemented the Income tax to raise money for the war, it kept the taxes until 1875 ten years after the war that the Supreme Court ruled it illegal!!! Then in 1898 at the start of the Spanish American War again the Congress opened the IRS and this time 90 days after the war the court heard the argument and the Supreme Court once again ruled income taxes illegal!! Then in 1913 the congress tried to get one passed the court by placing the income tax code inside the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, just goes to show you how corrupt our congress has always been, this time it almost took 3 years to get to the court and once again the Supreme Court ruled Income taxes illegal, when your on a roll hey keep on rolling, only this time the corrupt President Wilson did not obey the court ruling and quietly kept the tax and IRS in the government and over the years we have become so emaciated and embedded in this crap that the court has been afraid to hear it again and rule it illegal because the country could go broke!

IN MEMORY JOE GOBERT

Joe Gobert retired after many years at Western Can and sold his home in Pacifica California to buy a farm in Oroville California where he lived out his final years in retirement with his wife and close friends far and near who came often to Joe's farm his hospitality spoke volumes and he loved life and his farm.
Below is a link to his life now gone Joe loved his farm so much he wanted to be buried on it after he was cremated and a fruit tree planted nearby.  In addition Joe loved his dog Lolita and his beautiful cat Moo Moo.  And on this farm he had some horses e i e i Joe!
